Kid's Empowered Defender
(Ages 7 - 11)
The life skills taught are simple, highly-effective, easy to learn, and loads of fun! Taught by certified professionals in a fun, happy non intimidating environment. Kids are taught to win, not to fail. The most important course your kids will ever take!
Safe Kids teaches:
- Awareness
- Stranger Avoidance
- Who to find when lost
- Being Vocal and Assertive
- Learning to trust thier instincts
- Hand and Arm Releases
- Hair Release
- Body Grab Escapes
- How to Avoid Being Pulled into A Car
- Fighting in and Escaping From a Car
- Even How to Hide and Get help

Tuesdays (4:45-5:30pm)
Adults (All Levels):
Tuesdays (6:30-8:00pm)
Thursdays (6:30-8:00pm)
Saturdays (10:30am-12pm)
